Built for You

Custom Application or Website Built for Your Business

When the SaaS market doesn’t have a tool that fits, we design and build one. A custom application or website that runs your workflow the way you actually run it, not the way some generic product wishes you would.

When Off-the-Shelf Stops Working

Most small businesses can run on a stack of SaaS tools. Until they can’t. The tool charges per seat as you grow. The workflow needs five integrations to do one job. The reporting you actually want isn’t a feature anyone has built. The customer experience you want isn’t a setting you can toggle.

At that point, configuring more software stops being the answer. You need software that’s shaped to your business, not the other way around.

What We Build

Every project is different, but most of what we build falls into one of these shapes:

Internal Tools and Operational Apps

Dashboards your team actually uses. Intake forms wired into your real systems. Custom CRMs, schedulers, quoting tools, and order management built around how your business runs instead of how a SaaS template assumes it should.

Customer-Facing Web Apps

Booking flows, member portals, configurators, custom checkouts: the parts of your customer experience that you can’t buy off a shelf and that genuinely move the needle for revenue and retention.

Marketing Sites with Real Substance

Not a templated theme with your logo dropped in. A positioning-led site, custom designed and engineered, that tells your story properly and converts the right kind of visitor.

AI-Native Products

Where it earns its keep, we’ll build LLM-driven workflows, retrieval, and agents directly into the application. Used carefully, not sprinkled on for show.

How We Build It

1. Discovery and Scoping

We start with the problem, not the feature list. What does your business actually do? Where does the friction live? What changes if this gets built well? We turn that into a one-page scope you can read and push back on.

2. Design

You see the screens before we write the code. We design the key flows, walk through them with you, and adjust until the product feels right on paper. Real design, not a wireframe-by-numbers handoff.

3. Build

We build incrementally and ship often. You see working software early, give feedback, and steer. Tech choices are made for the long run: modern stacks, sensible integrations, code we’d be happy to hand to another engineer.

4. Launch and Aftercare

We deploy, hand over documentation, and stay close for the first month while you and your team start using it for real. Ongoing support is available, but the goal is software you own and understand. Not a black box you’re stuck with us on forever.

Who This Is For

  • Small businesses outgrowing the SaaS tools that used to be enough
  • Founders with a specific product idea that doesn’t exist on the market yet
  • Operators tired of paying per-seat, per-user, per-feature for software that still doesn’t do quite what they need
  • Anyone who needs a marketing site or web product that actually represents the business

Pricing

Pricing for custom builds is scope-based. Every project is different, so we don’t pretend a flat number fits. Once we’ve scoped what you need, you get a fixed price and a clear timeline up front. No hourly-rate surprises. Most engagements run between 4 and 12 weeks.

Tell us what you’re trying to build.

We’ll tell you, honestly, whether it’s a custom build, an automation, or something simpler.
