If we move forward, we dig into your operations. We map out your key workflows: how leads come in, how you communicate with clients, how you handle admin, invoicing, scheduling, content creation, and everything in between. We look at what tools you already use and where the bottlenecks are.

3. Opportunity Scoring

Not every task is worth automating. We score each opportunity based on three factors: how much time it currently takes, how easy it is to automate, and how much impact it will have on your bottom line. This gives you a ranked list of what to tackle first, second, and third, so you are never guessing.

4. Your Action Plan

What We Assess

• Quick Scan ($500 to $750): for solopreneurs and tight budgets. We look at what you do now, identify your top three AI opportunities, and give you a clear action plan.
• Deep Dive ($1,000 to $2,000): a thorough review of your workflows. We identify 5 to 10 real automation opportunities, score them by impact, and hand you a 90-day action plan.
• Full Blueprint ($2,500 to $5,000): for teams. We interview your key people, audit the whole operation, and deliver a phased roadmap with cost-benefit estimates.
